Yes. Our collection is curated with a focus on wearability. Most of our pieces are nickel-free and lead-free. However, if you have highly sensitive skin, we recommend choosing our Sterling Silver options for the best experience.

Q: How should I care for my jewelry to prevent tarnishing?

To maintain the luster of your pieces, we recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or applying lotions and perfumes. When not in use, store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, ideally in the original pouch provided by The Wander.

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?

While you may checkout as a guest, creating an account allows you to enjoy expedited checkouts, view your complete order history, and receive exclusive updates on our newest "beautiful finds."

Q: What should I do if my order has missing items?

If a piece is missing from your delivery, please contact our support team immediately at support@thewandermall.com. We will prioritize the dispatch of your missing item.

Shipping & Logistics

Q: How do I enter my shipping address correctly?

To ensure accurate delivery, please provide all address details in English characters. If your local address contains non-English symbols, please use their closest English equivalents to ensure our logistics partners can process your order smoothly.

Q: Can I modify my shipping address after checkout?

Address modifications can only be made before your order is processed. Once shipped, we are unable to redirect the package. We recommend using a permanent residential address for all orders.

Q: How long does shipping take and how do I track it?

Delivery timelines are based on the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched. Please note that we are not responsible for delays held by international customs departments.
