3. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. You can track your journey directly via our website or international platforms like 17Track. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking updates to appear.
4. Customs & Duties
Shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). For our U.S. customers, orders under $800 typically enter the country duty-free under Section 321. Any local taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations
Changes must be requested within 12 hours of placement. Once processing begins, we cannot modify the shipment.
Lost or Stolen
The Wander is not liable for packages marked "Delivered." Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
